Refund Policy

You have 14 days from arrival to request a return or exchange. As a small business I am unable to offer free returns, so returns are done at your own expense. Refunds will only be given if the item arrives back to me in the same undamaged condition it arrived to you in, once I have received your undamaged return I will then process your refund within 5 working days.

If an item has arrived to you damaged by the post then please contact me via email mollyfrancesstudio@gmail.com with attached photos of the damage. I will only accept damage complaints sent within 24hrs of arrival. If an item is damaged I will issue a refund or offer you the option for me to remake the item for you (depending on the materials used and the availability I have of them, the new item may have some discrepancy's in appearance but will be similar in style. But you will be informed of this before deciding to go ahead with it).
